Boulder Creek is walkable distance away which makes many things (pearl street, parks, shops, etc) very accessible. The lease ends July 31st but there is an option to resign the lease if you're looking for a longterm commitment. Nothing wrong with the place, I'm just moving out to live with the girlfriend. I have a flexible move out date but need to leave by the end of January.
