Retired man looking for tenant to rent finished basement suite in private Carlisle, Ohio home. $400 per month, no utilities (you'll need your own cell phone). Suite includes bedroom, sitting room, and private bathroom with sink/shower. You'll also have use of my washer/dryer, kitchen, and the run of the house and yard, excepting my bedroom. Garage space included. I am a cigarette smoker and have cats.
