$400 Room for Rent - Lovely Home East Ridge, TN - Apr 3, 2017 - $400 - (Chattanooga, TN)

Hi all! My name is Victoria, I am a homeowner and resident in East Ridge TN in my lovely abode. I have a room for rent opening up Apr 3, 2017, for $400/mo, which will include all utilities, as well (water, electricity, sewer, wifi, trash pick up, and security system access). I ask a $100 deposit is put down at time you decide if this is the right fit in order to hold the room, then when you move in the first month, all you would owe is $300 instead of $400 the first month. The room itself is appx 13'x15', with a closet, and view of the front yard, as well as a window viewing the neighbor's home. Both neighbors on each side are lovely, so will be happy to help you if I am ever not home. I work and go to school full time, so I may not be around much, but can be reached via phone any time! The bathroom you would be using would be shared by one other roommate, but the other roommate works full time, as well, so would not be around as much either.
