Roommate wanted to share Two BR Two BA condo/townhome... - $450 - (Ocala, FL)

Hello there, My name is Melissa. I will have a 2nd bedroom available in April/May. The lease is until February. Currently, I have a roommate but she is moving out short of notice due to a job transfer out of state. Rent would be $450 a month which includes Utilities. The deposit you would owe $375. Application fee is $50 and you have to pass a background check. I am asking for my roommate to be clean and pick up after themselves, No partying, no animals, and no smoking aloud. Must have your own transportation and have a full time job. The condominium is really nice and cute. It is perfect for 2 people. I will upload images later. Thank u.:)
