Roommate wanted to share Four BR Two BA house... - $650 - (Magnolia, TX)

I am a 32 yr old single mom of 2 boys. My oldest lives with his dad mostly. It's just my youngest (10 years) and I here majority of the time. I have a small 4 beds house in a subdivision. I am a student and work 2 jobs so we are gone quite a bit. I am renting out the master bedroom/bathroom to help me out while I am finishing school. Furniture is included if needed, if not I'll move it out. Very large walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower/bath combo. We're really easy going. I do have a dog (female boxer). She is potty trained and kept in her kennel while we are not home. She loves people but does not like other animals! Utilities included-gas, electric, water, garbage, wifi...I have a utility room with washer / dryer, dishwasher in kitchen. Smoking ok outside only. Looking for. Mature, responsible, roommate. Steady job, no felonies, must provide background check.
