Roommate wanted to share Two BR One BA apartment... - $628 - (Exton, PA)

I am currently a full-time social worker and part-time grad student at WCU. My roommate is moving out in September and I am looking for someone to sign on to the lease, the lease would run from 10/1/2017-9/30/2018. I would prefer someone who is either a graduate student or a professional. Rent is going up to 1255/month (divided by two). Utilities are not included, Peco averages about $100/month, cable and internet is 64/month, and water/trash is about 40/month (all these costs are divided by 2)/
