Roommate wanted to share Four BR 2.5 BA house... - $900 - (Burbank, CA)

There's 3 people in the house. My husband, a tenant, and I. My husband and the tenant both work in the movie industry. My husband is a freelance production designer, and the tenant is a sound engineer. I used to be a chef, but I don't work right now. I am very much into fitness. We are pretty peaceful, simple people... just always keeping it real. Our house is in a very nice neighborhood, with a hiking trail right behind the house. And 7 mis away is Hollywood. seven miles away is Studio City. 3 mis away is North Hollywood. The house is L-shaped, so at 1 end are me and my husband, and the other end will be the 2 tenants. The rooms are private, but the bathroom will be shared by the 2 tenants.
