I am an 82yr old woman and have just moved into the area from Northern California to be near my family. I was hospitalized for a time so am wanting a roommate rather than live alone for safety's sake. Although I do not need a caregiver I am hoping to have a roommate that is also quite peaceful clean and would like the amenities available at the community to which I am moving. I keep to myself and my daughter is around to take me shopping but it would be nice to have a roommate that may be available to help with meals or cleanup. I do not have a car. I like jeapordy and dancing with the stars and would like a companion who would like a safe place with amenities like morning coffee, pool, spa, gymnasium and movie and game room. Our first floor patio overlooks pool area. You must be willing to sign a twelve mo lease and pay 300 + 41.00 credit check.
