Roommate wanted to share Four BR Three BA condo/townhome... - $600 - (Atlanta, GA)

Hi! I am looking to rent a single room on a private (third level) floor with a private bathroom. There is another male living on the bottom (ground floor) floor of the house and that is it. The townhouse is located in a access controlled community. It is five minutes away from the 285 interstate. It is three minutes away from Wal-Mart and restaurants such as Applebees. Rent also includes gas and ADT security. Appliances include a washer, dryer, stove, patio, and driveway parking. Central heat and air and a ceiling fan are included in the room. The house is very clean. (I recently moved in with my boyfriend and my male cousin is now renting the bottom level.)
