I am a 29yr old male professional seeking to lease a spare bedroom in my 3 beds home. I currently occupy the master bedroom and lease the 2nd bedroom to my sister. The third bedroom is available to lease for the right tenant. Tenant will have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. All bills will be included in the monthly rent (Electric, gas, water, & internet). The compatible tenant will be professional, respectful, & considerate.
