Beautiful area. Seeking a semi-retired ,or retired ( active ), Senior (Prefer Female) Tenant, the other Tenant would like someone similar in age. Room is nice, mirrored closet doors, nice window to the mountains and room is completely,furnished,or unfurnished,Twin bed, shelves, mini dresser, and desk, very pretty shared bath with other Tenant. quiet environment. No drugs, no smoking. occasional drink is ok! No overnight guests, without asking landlord 1st. This is a happy house and want someone who is, clean, respectful, quiet, and responsible. Tenant has use of laundry ,kitchen, and general house ,and yard.All Utilities/ Renter pays portion. Absolutely No pets! Income proof required , and past rental references. Safe ,quiet, and lovely environment!
