Need roommate 17-18 SINGLE loft shared bath - N.A. - (Los Angeles, CA)

Looking for a tidy, responsible, cat-friendly roommate who is willing to occupy an open single LOFT (part of a 1 bedrooms/one baths/1loft unit) that is very spacious and connected to a balcony for the July 2017-2018 12 mnth lease. The apartment has a reputation for its quaint, quiet, and warm atmosphere and does house some residential families in addition to university students. Manager does a tremendous job repairing anything that requires maintenance immediately. You would be paying $800 + utilities for your own loft space . You will be living with a couple (1 UCLA undergraduate fifth year and 1 UCLA alumna currently working on campus) and two cats. We are both laid-back and tend to keep to ourselves but are open to hanging out whenever there is free time, and are hoping to find someone who's on the same wavelength.
