Hi , my name is Ivan Gutierrez I am 23yrs old professional worker and I am looking for a responsible and clean roommate that will pay rent on time and respect the house rules. Must have their own personal vehicle and a stable job. Smoking outside is ok and occasional drinking. No drugs of any kind ! I will be strict on that as well. Washer/dryer available for use at no extra cost as long as you provide with your own laundry detergent. I am asking $400 a month with all utilities included and also Wifi.
