Roommate wanted to share Two BR Two BA apartment... - $600 - (Allen, TX)

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. The lease ends mid July, so it would be very short-term. I am in a position where I have to move home. The utilities are NOT included in the rent, but are processed with the same company. Wifi is $25/month with Grande Communications and electric is through CoServ and varies. Both the wifi and the electric must be paid in cash to the other tenant. The apartment is very spacious and is occupied by another female and her two year old border lab collie, who is very sweet and LOVES attention! Thank you for considering my space!
