Room For Rent - $650 - (Whittier, CA)
I had a friend renting a bedroom out in my (4) bedroom, (2) bath house. However, he just purchased his own home moved with his wife to start a life of his own. I am now looking for someone to rent his old room. Rent is $650. Water, trash, gas, electricity, internet (wifi access, can provide password for this) I am a younger female, VERY responsible. Have a career and work long hours. I own my own home and I have a phenomenal housekeeper who will come in and clean the house every other week. (No, that does not entitle you to be a slob). I do NOT mind if you use my dishes, stove, oven, fridge. . . The bedroom has a large closet and an armoire. Large window. And has hardwood flooring. Tenant MUST love dogs! I am a foster mom for a small dog rescue and often have a temporary dog come stay. I also have my own SMALL friendly dogs. However the dogs are kept in my room which connects to the laundry room and has a doggy door for outdoor access.
