Roommate wanted to share One BR One BA apartment... - $950 - (West Covina, CA)

I am a 29yr old female offering a one beds in a two beds apartment in Brighton for $950 which includes wifi, and 1 parking space. We will split the electric bill which averages $30-50 per person. I have one 3-year old cat named Nibbler who is very friendly. The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, lamp, and possibly with a dresser and side table. It is 9ft x 12ft with also a built in closet. It has beautiful views overlooking the Brighton area. The rest of the apartment comes complete furnished. On-site laundry. The location is 6-minute walk from the B Train on the Green Line (Washington Street stop). It is a 10-minute walk to the Chestnut Hill Reservoir (great for runs). There is a Whole Foods ten minutes and plenty of local restaurants and grocery stores.
