Roommate wanted to share Two BR 2.5 BA condo/townhome... - $800 - (Dallas, TX)

Hey Everyone, I'm looking for a room mate to share a two bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms townhome with me in The Village Apartments, Dallas (75206). Rent cost would be $800/month plus utilities... So essentially around $950/person MAX. I am a 29yr old, young professional male that would prefer to live with someone similar, although females are fine as well. Move in date would be mid May. During my time off, I exercise, play guitar, like to spend time outdoors (biking, hiking, camping, etc...), cooking, and DIY projects. Yes, I do have Netflix lol. This apartment is absolutely nothing like any other you would find in its price range: it is an amazing MULTI LEVEL TOWNHOME! Features include a gymnasium facility, free parking, and complementary access to numerous social events put on by the village staff. The location is fantastic, just 5-10 minutes from Lower Greenville, Knox Henderson, Uptown, White Rock Lake, SMU, etc... 15-20 minimum from Love Field, and right next to Interstate 75.
