Roommate wanted to share Four BR Three BA house... - $1,200 - (Coconut Creek, FL)

There is 1 other person who boards in the house. She is disabled and does not use the pool or other areas except for occasionally going into the kitchen to get something out of the refrigerator or to do her laundry. I do all of the cooking for her and keep the house clean. I do have friends over at times and go out often. There are 2 little, friendly dogs in the house. We live in a clean home in a peaceful, well maintained, gated neighborhood. There is a shared pool and building that is available for events by reservation.
