Hi, This ad is pretty long but I think it could be helpful it to put everything in. So here goes..... OVERVIEW This is a enormous four beds, two baths apartment in a duplex (two full floors) in a brownstone on Broadway. It is available March 1. We help put the roommates together. Each person has their own bedroom and shares a bathroom with just 1 other person. There currently is a cat in the apartment so we can't have anymore pets. THE ROOMMATES We are looking for a roommate who is neat, cheerful, considerate and easy-going. The ROOM We have a room available that is $950. It is large, with cathedral ceilings and two large windows overlooking the backyard. It is really bright and peaceful. It has a bed and an air conditioning. THE BROWNSTONE The apartment is a beautiful. It has 4 beds, two baths with marble floors, two common areas, and two skylights. With the skylights it is sunny all day. There is also a dishwasher. It feels like a house, which is very unusual for Manhattan. Water is included in the rent.
