There is a washer & dryer IN unit, wood floors throughout, kitchen with granite counters, air conditioned, dish washer and MORE! You would also have your own covered/protected parking area spot. Rent is $1250 a month (utilities are included) and there will be a security deposit upon move in. My place is great! It is only three years old, so all appliances are new. It's a really super location in North Hollywood right by the metro station/Noho arts district.
