Roommate wanted to share Five BR Three BA house... - $600 - (Grovetown, GA)

I live with my set of 18yr old twins who will be graduating this year and going off to college. The household is generally quite but we enjoy watching shows together in the theatre so roommates are welcomed to join! Common areas are shared living room, den, laundry area, full access to kitchen, theatre...etc. All utilities will be included. Although there is no cable hooked up in the bedroom, this can be arranged but it will increase the rent as I have Direct TELEVISION and a new box would have to be ordered to accommodate. If this is something you desire, I would put a TELEVISION in the room as well and you would also have the option to add channels to the service. I am a clean person, and would expect a potential roommate to be the same. Clean up after yourself and respect the privacy of others living in the home as all respect and privacy will be given to you.
