Room for Rent: $250 per person or $350 as private room - $300 - (Manhattan, KS)

I've got a spare room with closet available for 1 ($350/month) or 2 ($250/month) - *males only*. House is within walking/biking distance of campus and downtown areas. Utilities included in rent, internet and television negotiable. Use of full house except for my bedroom (includes bathroom, front room, kitchen, washer-dryer and storage shed - 750 sq. feet total). Carpets have been recently cleaned. I will provide twin-sized bunks with mattresses but house is otherwise unfurnished. No pets, smoking inside, illegal activities, street parties (friends and visitors welcome within reason). Beginning and end dates are flexible (but no sooner than March 13). If you're 1 person but prefer sharing for the cheaper rent, we'll find a 2nd roommate. I will run a background check and credit report through cozy - comes to $40 for you. 1st month's rent is due up front (to rent for a shorter time, all money due up front), as well as $100 security deposit.
