You will share the bathroom with landlord Carey, who's only home for a few days of the year. The place is very spacious, with very quiet atmosphere. It has everything you need. Kitchen has everything(cookware, silverware). Laundry and dryer inside the house. Plenty of storage area. It's one block away from the fourth Street, about ten minutes drive to highway 101, but still really quite and private. Phillis Giant Burger is next door. United Market is five minimum walk away. Downtown San Rafael is five minimum drive. And fifteen minutes drive to Whole Foods and a bigger United Market, twenty minutes drive to Home Depot, Target, Ranch 99 supermarket. 30 minutes drive to San Francisco.
