Condominium is total 1086 sq. feet, two BEDROOMs two BATHROOMs on opposite sides with living room and kitchen between. Room has a bathroom not joined to the living room to guarantee privacy. two closets. If you have a car, I have a sheltered parking space.Very peaceful area, but very close to Hwys five and 52. If you're at UCSD, you can take advantage of a ten minute walk to the bus (202 and Arriba stop). There's also a small shopping area within ten minutes walking, including a Vons, UPS Store, dry cleaning, Leucadia Pizza, sushi, among others. Nice park (Rose Canyon Park) nearby with a dirt track. And of course by driving UCSD is only about five mins away, UTC mall is about five mins away.I'm a working male professional in my 30s and do not host large parties (the complex is by and large very peaceful anyway).
