Roommate wanted to share Two BR 2.5 BA condo/townhome... - $625 - (Asheville, NC)

I'm a student at UNCA, studying history. I'm a quiet, clean person who prefers a quiet home environment. I like reading, writing, and watching movies. I have a miniature poodle puppy (non-shedding), but no other pets will be allowed. I'm happy to have people over with some notice, but no parties please as the condominium is in a family-friendly area. If there is a problem, I prefer to be direct and work to solve it. I prefer not to share clothes, food, etc unless specifically asked. I'm looking for a roommate who is quiet, clean, and has a job and/or is a student.
