Who we are: Married couple, wife is a nursing student, I'm Marketing professional. Recently bought our house and have completely updated the whole the whole thing. Laid back, love having a glass wine, or a nice cold 1 after a long day. We have two friendly dogs that stay outside. What we are looking for: A student or young professional who will be drama free, cleans after him/herself. Need to be easy going, aware of privacy, doing one's part, and common courtesy. Lease: 6 mons minimum, if it mutually works out the lease can be extended. Room ready for move in. Full house privileges (living room, laundry, kitchen, Wifi etc.). Plenty of parking on street. No pets. Peaceful Neighborhood. Single person occupancy only. Large Bedroom w/closet, shared full bathroom (Updated two months ago).
