We are 2 professional, college graduates looking for a 3rd roommate to move into our 1300 square ft condominium in Signal Hill, CA. The condominium (with the exception of the available room) is complete furnished and trendy. Due to the completed space, there is no room for additional furniture in the common areas. We are non-smoking, non-drinking and clean people. We live in a peaceful, gated complex. With the exception of several holidays, we do not throw parties. We do enjoy having friends over for small get-togethers. We are looking for a professional like-minded individual with similar living habits to ours.
