Housemate wanted to share 4bdr 2.5 bath home in South Vista - $1,100 - (Vista, CA)

Hi, I'm looking for a housemate to share my lovely home in South Vista. You'd be renting 2 bedrooms and a private bath, as well as, all amenities in the house....kitchen, garage storage, off street parking, laundry. etc. I will also pay all utilities, internet included. I have my 2 kids 3 nights a week and we are a faith based loving family. We live our life accordingly, and would prefer a like minded housemate. My job allows me to work from home, however I'm usually out working with clients.
