Roommate wanted to share One BR One BA house... - $550 - (Richfield, MN)

I own a older home, there are noises! Must have lived with people before and can sleep thru " noises" I'm a Sales Rep. so am gone for work three times a month. Looking for a clean, trustworthy, responsible , fun loving roommate. I do have people over on weekends, to enjoy the backyard! Welcome to use also! I'm up very early 4-430 everyday. So scheduling of bathroom, would be necessary! I keep a neat house just expect a roommate to clean up after themselves! And since your living in my house would expect person to keep their room clean, just out of respect!:) I've lived with a lot of people in the past. Mutual respect ?
