I am looking to rent a walk-in, 23 X fifteen feet basement with private entry, private full size bathroom,, fireplace , fridge , microwave and laundry. This area will have complete privacy from the owner's area. Not looking to share the whole house. All utilities , heating and air conditioned, gas, basic cable TELEVISION and highspeed internet are included in the rent. No kitchen. May provide occasional use of kitchen upstairs for extra charge on case by case bases. If you need more channels on TELEVISION, then that would be extra.
