Roommate wanted to share Four BR 2.5 BA house... - $700 - (Frisco, TX)

We are looking for a female to move into 1 of two spare rooms. The house is located in central Frisco, with easy access to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, downtown Frisco, and easy access to DNT. The current residents are 2 easy going females who have known each other for 25yrs. We both work professional jobs, typically 8-5 M-F. We typically spend the weeknights in, and occasionally go out on the weekends. We are both drug free, but drink socially. We have three dogs, but are not allowed any additional animals in the house. We are looking for someone with a similar personality, similar goals, and similar cleanliness patterns. We plan to interview prospective tenants before making any decision.
