Roommate wanted to share Two BR Two BA house... - $600 - (Cathedral City, CA)

Looking for a single employed responsible roommate. This is for the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bedrooms two bathrooms home. I would consider a dog or a cat on a case by case basis, but prefer no pets. My house is 3 doors down from Panaroma Park where they have basketball and tennis courts. The room has a fullsize bed and a 46 in HD TELEVISION with Direct TELEVISION included. Utilities are included.
