*1 MasterRoom down OR two rooms upstairs for rent, whichever go 1st. *4,000 square ft home in a peaceful access controlled community. *Master Room only room downstairs with large walk-in closet, garden jacuzzi and dedicated shower, $1100. *2 rooms upstairs each have private bath, $750 each. *15 minute Uber ride or less away from everything (Woodlands, IAH, Exxon, water park, malls, great restaurants, freeway and much more).* House is large enough for each to go to their own corner and feel alone or saddle up to the gorgeous pool, hot bath-tub or thirteen feet theater screen.* You will have access to the whole house. * Included in rent is xfinity WIFI, All Cable, and all utilities. *About us, a couple with a new born and we will stay upstairs or down, depending on which rooms we rent. *very peaceful and no noise can be heard up to down and down to up. *Additionally, have an in-law in a separate room on otherside of the house upstairs from the rented rooms who stays with us.
