I'm a 33-year-old male professional working in IT. I have a vast array of interests (motorcycle riding, snowboarding, paddle-boarding, traveling, and stay very active.) I'm looking for a mentally and financially stable, respectful, easy going, trustworthy professional roommate who is pleasant to live with. Prefer female roommate. What do you get? (2) bedrooms (11'7"x9'10" and 10'10"x9'11") with closets (1) bathroom, located upstairs (across from rooms) Yes, you get two beds because they're on the smaller side. What's shared? Kitchen, dedicated dining area area, living room, driveway, deck, yard, garage (where washer-dryer are, but there is room for a motorcycle.) We split utilities (internet, power, gas, garbage and water.)
