Roommate wanted to share Four BR Three BA house... - $500 - (Mechanicsburg, PA)

I am the owner of a 4 beds, three full bathrooms house located in a peaceful neighborhood. I currently have 3 beds available for rent but I am looking to only rent out two of the bedrooms. The house has a finished basement with a large bedroom, a full bathroom, walk in closet, and an area of unfinished space that will be used as storage for all occupants of the house. The 1st space available to rent is the finished basement which includes a large bedroom, a private fullsize bath, and a large living area. In total, this space is over 1000 sq-ft. I am looking to rent this space for $850 a month which includes all utilities. The 2nd space I have available is 1 of the extra bedrooms on the main level. This space has a full bathroom adjacent to it. I am looking to rent this space for $500 a month which includes all utilities. The price for renting either room may be negotiable. I would also be willing to adjusting the price if you would prefer a flat rental fee and splitting the cost of utilities.
