The owner of house lives in the home and very easy going individual. Renting out the Jack & Jill rooms~ ( 2 beds) with private bathroom in between the rooms. 1 beds has been used as a office-den by our present renter. very nice arrangement and very private. House is massive and a peaceful home, not a party house. just a relaxed environment to come home to after a long day at work!!
