Roommate wanted to share Five BR Three BA house... - $650 - (Arvada, CO)

I am a young professional who works full time in Boulder with a 4 year old Goldendoodle. I bought my house in West Arvada because I wanted to live close to Golden. I am really outdoorsy and prefer to be outdoors adventuring Colorado! I have 1 roommate that lives in my basement, which includes a living room, full bathroom and bedroom to herself. She also has a medium size dog that is very friendly. We are both fairly peaceful people and keep to ourselves. We do spend time together when we are both free but we prefer a peaceful, clean house. There are five beds, 3.5 bathrooms and looking to fill 1 extra room upstairs. The room is painted with cable outlets, good lighting and spacious. There are two baths upstairs, 1 inside the master bedroom then another full, private bathroom. I am looking for a young professional, that is peaceful, clean and friendly.
