Hi there! I am a busy professional who likes a low-key, drama free lifestyle. I can offer a safe and clean place to live that is affordable. The room itself is unfurnished. I am straightforward, and I hope it's a trait you will appreciate. I also love to laugh and enjoy a good sense of humor. I do prefer dedicated students as roommates, but you are welcome to live here as long as you are respectful and responsible. I keep the place clean and need someone who will pitch in to keep it that way. The community is beautiful with walking paths and a lake close by in Power Ranch. Fridge, freezer, and pantry space will be available and you are welcome to use my dishes, etc. I won't take up alot of restroom space or time as I do my routine in my room. The 1st $50 of the deposit is non-refundable, but $100 of the deposit is refundable upon move-out as long as guidelines are met. The rent also includes Wi-Fi. Cable available in the living room.
