Hi, my name is Sean. I own a townhouse in a gate community in West Midtown. I’m looking to lease my spare bed and bathroom to a professional who has a normal 9 to 5 work schedule. Students will be considered as well if they are mature. Most people would say that I am very laid back, easy going and fun. I am very respectful of others space and I hope to find someone who will respect mine. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large living room/kitchen area, two car garage, and backyard. The community common area includes a dog park, clubhouse, and pool. It is in walking distance to retail and restaurants (e.g., Top Golf, Star Provisions, etc.). The future beltline in West Midtown will also run down one of the community's neighboring roads as well.
