Room for Rent Newton Corner. - N.A. - (Newton, MA)

Sunny, cheerful room for rent on the 3rd floor of my home. The room includes the use of 2 common rooms, 1 with a flatscreen tv and couch, and another with a sink, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster. These rooms are on the 3rd floor and shared with a professional woman, who is also renting a room on that floor. The bathroom is on the 2nd floor and will be shared with 1 other boarder and my 9 yr old daughter, who is in my home part-time and spends very little time in the bathroom. My home is located 1 block from the Express Bus stop for the Boston bus, and within walkable distance of the Newton BC campus and a bike ride to the Brighton campus. My 2 children, ages 9 and 12, live in my home part time and we have a 5 yr old Wheaten Terrier who is hypoallergenic (non-shedding).Parking and use of laundry facilities are also included.
