Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA apartment... - $600 - (Colorado Springs, CO)

I'm a singly mother, in the military. My living situation recently changed and I'm currently looking for a roommate. I have a 3 beds apartment with two baths. Myself and my son share a bathroom so the extra room and bathroom would be completely yours. Along with the common areas we would share. I'm very very clean person, so cleanliness is very important. Im asking for $600 a month for rent on the first and $150 on the 15th that will go towards cable internet and utilities. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.
