Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA apartment... - $750 - (Sarasota, FL)

Hello! My boyfriend and I recently separated. It was for the best and I am doing okay. I am currently in a three beds, 2 bathrooms apartment in the University Parkway area of Sarasota. Super close to shopping, food and entertainment. I do have cats. They're pretty calm but they are social and will try to be your cuddle buddy. I'm a pretty clean person although sometimes I will boycott laundry day. The room that is available can be considered a 2nd master. It is actually bigger than the 1 I am in. There is a vanity sink in the room as well and 2 closets. The 3rd bedroom is smaller but I will more than likely just be using it for storing a few items. You're more than welcome to store items there too. I do have most kitchen gadgets but will gladly clear out half for your items. I'd like for you to feel like it is your place as well. I have a washer / dryer in the apartment and you are more than welcome to use them. I don't mind if you're a smoker, just outside, please.
