$700 Great 3 br 2.5 ba townhome to share with 1! Second floor is yours - $700 - (Charleston, SC)

3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome on Johns Island, *just* over the bridge from James Island (9mi/12min from downtown). $700/month with a $150/month fee to cover utilities. $1000 refundable deposit that can be split into two payments. In lieu of a termed lease, I require 60 days notice to vacate. Move in date is somewhat flexible though ideally I would like someone in by mid March if possible. The room for rent (window over garage in pic above) is upstairs, has a walk-in closet, and is considerably larger than it appears in the pictures (will post better pics of room ASAP). Also upstairs: full bathroom for your use, loft area (currently unfurnished- essentially your own living room), spare bedroom, and laundry room. My room is downstairs, so you basically have the second floor to yourself except for when I do laundry or when the occasional guest stays in the spare room.
