House for Rent - $400 - (Columbia, MO)
I am looking for renters (anytime between April 1st and July 31st, with possible extension for long-term). There are two bedrooms available and the rent for each bedroom is $400. Anyone living in the house would be expected to pay a portion of the utility bills. The renter should be college-age or a young professional. Pets are definitely allowed, but no smoking in the house! I am the sole owner of this property, so you do not need to deal with unfriendly landlords or poor customer service. --I would be living in the master bedroom. I am a male, 26 years old, and recently finished graduate school. I have two dogs, two geckos, and many plants. I am also raising a few chickens this summer for egg production. My group of friends visit almost every Wednesday for a "Wine Wednesday" dinner. We also go to a Mexican restaurant every Thursday for $2 margaritas and very good food. During the warm season, we also go on many hiking, camping, and float trips that anyone can join.
