The townhouse is a 4 beds 3.5 baths home with over 2,500 sq-ft of living space. The room for rent is a private bedroom and bath, bonus room upstairs serves as an extra living room & dining area area. Rent is $650 a month which includes electric, water, and internet. Bedroom can be furnished (queen size bed) or unfurnished. Prefer Non-smoker, non-drinker, friendly, and responsible regarding housecleaning. The townhouse is in a lovely area which is a 24hr. guarded access controlled community just fifteen minutes from historic downtown Mount Dora. Deposit would be $650 and rent would be month to month.
