Looking for a rental beginning March 1 or earlier - N.A. - (Minneapolis, MN)

Hello! I am looking for a rental/lease of a room, in the Eden Prairie, Chanhassen and surrounding areas for a March 1 or earlier move-in. I am a tidy, peaceful, responsible male with a full time job. Preference is for a private, non-shared, unfurnished room in a house, apartment or town home. I am also open to be roommates with a male or female provided we each have a private room and no more than 3 persons total to a house/apartment/town home. A private bath would be great but I am OK with a shared bath between 2 persons. A non-smoking, pet-free and clean environment with off-parking on street (driveway or garage) a plus. $650 and under.
