Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA house... - $400 - (Richlands, NC)

My name is Michael Danner, I am a 20yr old male in the military. I am gone most of the days but always maintain a clean house. I have no pets and do not smoke. I am peaceful and keep to myself and during my off hours I typically spend my time outside of the house. I am looking for a roommate who is generally peaceful, clean, responsible and honest. I have either 1 room to offer with a personal bathroom, or I am willing to rent out half of the house giving said roommate two of the 3 beds and their own bathroom. Shared areas will include: living room, kitchen, cloths washer and drier area, and the back yard.
