We are a married couple with no children and a large house with an extra room & bathroom that we are looking to rent to someone who is responsible and (relatively) quite. We are friendly, non judgemental, non-busybodies, who often spend our evenings home watching TELEVISION. We live on a quite culdesac with little traffic. Room is very sunny, with bay window, walk in closet. Large private bath is next to room. Storage is also available. Room mate will have kitchen privileges, access to wifi and satellite TELEVISION service, off parking on street spot.
