We are looking for someone to rent a bedroom longterm (12 mons or more) in our awesome 3 story, 3 beds, 2-1/two bathrooms townhouse in north Burbank. Nestled in the foothills, the place is very peaceful. We are both professionals, peaceful, and neat and looking for a like-minded individual to be roomie #3. Must be comfortable with cats. We have friendly, well behaved indoor cats on the property. No more pets though, please. Available March first. Must sign main lease and undergo background and credit check through property management company. $995 includes rent, ALL utilities, cable and internet, and maid service biweekly.
