Roommate wanted to share Three BR 1.5 BA house... - $350 - (Grand Rapids, MI)

Looking for a reliable and chill roommate. Have had issues with a current roommate with rent so a steady income is a must. Looking for someone who is either (a.) an all for 1 sort of attitude and willing to help out. I do not mind sharing dishes, food, or helping out around the house but equal parts is expected. or (b.) if you want to keep to yourself that is also fine. What I do not want is someone who expects me to pick up the slack from cleaning, dishes, shoveling, etc. I am a pretty chill person, but I do not like being taken advantage of. All I ask is fairness.
